My struggle and blessing comes as I spend time with friends I havenβt been able to see because of work and the pandemic π· I have spread myself thin and my body is exhausted.
My goal is to get back to myself and create a routine that would support this. Thank you ππΏ

I have looked forward to reading this since it dropped in my inbox! I'm currently moving too, although not so far for me, literally 3 miles or so to another village! π I've not really done the whole 'moving' thing before, my first solo apartment was during the pandemimoore and I stayed there for all of about two months. This move feels much bigger, I've known this flat for years and it's been the one safe space while the world went (and continues to go) mad. I'm noticing the birds more now than ever before - there's a dopey pigeon who lives in the tree outside the front window who pecks anything thinking it's food, and the trees especially now they're blooming. Trying to be present with the feelings (all of the feelings) but it's unfamiliar territory. Loving your zest for this and of designing the life you desire - I will endeavour to do the same β¨β€οΈππ»
